I have nothing but good things to say about Captivating. From the ladies at the front desk, to the team in the back, I always feel very taken care of. Doctor Z is incredibly empathetic and I feel like she approaches my skin issues from all angles. I appreciate the time she takes to treat the cause of any issues and not just symptoms. Stephen has been just awesome helping me sort through some fatigue and hormonal issues, he made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. Jade is excellent, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for botox. She listened to exactly what I was asking for and made sure she took the "less is more" approach I had asked for. Jade did NOT push me for more units, which is an experience I have had elsewhere. And finally, I can't say enough good things about Vanessa! I was so nervous for my first deep frac treatment, but she made the process as comfortable as it could be while explaining everything without making me feel rushed. I have since had several laser treatments for different issues now, dark spots, fine lines, acne scars, and all of them have shown results I am extremely happy with. It's been a process but I definitely feel I am in good hands at Captivating.

Stefan is top notch! If you want someone who is going to listen to you, be honest and real, actually care, dedicated to helping you and explain everything in depth so you understand, look no further! Being in full menopause at 37 has been hell, my GP doesn't understand nor do I feel that he cares at all about helping me feel normal again and I have seen specialists for hormones and cancer and noone (by a long shot) cares and is dedicated in helping me get back to feeling normal again like Stefan and his assistant Danielle. I highly recommend them to all types of people for all types of issues because they have helped me immensely and I am very grateful.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Stefan Zwanepoel this morning. Stefan is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to ask ever question, hear every answer and explain every detail of information being provided. Stefan’s assistant Danielle is also fabulous and kind and took time to explain results and answer questions. Wonderful experience and beautiful, inviting atmosphere.
