CARSTAR Lethbridge

Hit a deer with our vehicle and after calling a few different places, we were told of CarStar We took our truck to them and they managed to get it done for us. There were some delays but that was a supply chain issue and was no fault of the business. We picked up our repaired pick up last week and were very impressed with the quality of work that was done. Over all very impressed.

I took our Equinox to Carstar after it was hit by a shopping cart which had damaged back door on passenger side. I dropped it off on a Monday they had it done on Thursday. Everyone was very professional at Carstar. They kept me informed during the time they were working on it. We were extremely satisfied with the work they did and appreciated them also cleaning the head lights that needed it done badly. They made us feel extremely pleased we had chose them to repart the damage on our Equinox. They are a first class business and staff. Thank you so much.

I had a really good experience here. Didn't realize I needed a police report for the damage that was done when I brought my vehicle in, but they were so helpful in directing me how to do that right away so they could proceed with repairs. I would highly recommended them. It was a seamless experience.
