I would like to thank the staff at Auto Value for there superior customer services and mainly Cory for his response to a timing chain kit that was not compatible or complete for a 2010 Chevy Equinox, the kit Was missing a tensioner spring, timing chain sprocket was pinned wrong. This kit Was supplied by a outside vender. No fault by Auto Value, total refund by Auto Value! This will be the only place I will Buy parts from! Hats Off to Auto Value 100% satisfied

I had a problem yesterday with some wiring. Corie spent 40-45 minutes with me helping to work out the problem. He was kind and gracious and a very big help. I really appreciate his time and his efforts on my behalf.
