I imagine this is where you go when you die because this place is heaven. I go here for all of my bread, bakery, and guilty needs. Everything is wonderfully fresh, they have a great variety of items, and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

The food here is incredible. We ordered a platter of bars for a baby shower and it was a lot more than expected! It was a huge hit, too. We also tried some rolls and purchased a loaf of vegan cinnamon bread for my sister to enjoy. I would definitely recommend Mike's for any bakery related purchases in Fredericton.

Absolutely love this place, have been buying here for years. Cheese bread and graham pie are my favourite.

I don’t say this lightly: the Rocky Lemon may have just reset my entire understanding of what a café experience can be. First of all, who gave them permission to make a strawberry shortcake iced latte this dangerously good This isn’t just coffee. This is a full-blown dessert identity crisis in a cup. I genuinely considered ordering a second one before I finished the first, which should tell you everything. And then because apparently they woke up and chose greatness: the homemade coconut pop tart. I need to be clear here: calling this a “pop tart” feels almost disrespectful. This is what pop tarts dream of becoming when they grow up. Flaky, buttery layers giving way to a rich coconut filling that somehow tastes both indulgent and light at the same time. Every bite felt like I was being rewarded for something I didn’t even do. The vibe Effortlessly cool. My new favourite bakery in Fredericton! Every baked good I have tried here has been delicious, but make sure to go on Saturday if you want to try one of their donuts. Coffee is also very good. Have yet to try their breakfast sandwiches or brunch yet, but will report back once I get the chance to try them.
