Very nice cafe with warm and welcoming vibe. Staff here is very helpful and nice. They literally care about their customer and try to participate in a conversation if you want or start one. The lady in the front also helped me choose for what i want with my drink as it was my first time here. Definitely recommend it to everyone and will come back for sure again.
Beautiful local café with variety of desserts and snacks. Of course they have cold coffee and shakes. Worth a try if you are craving something sweet. They do cakes on order and close early so make sure to plan it on time. Parking can be an issue as they are on queen street, take the parking in the city hall.
Just wow! We ordered a couple of egg free desserts for our wedding an OMG! The Millefeuilles were so outstanding, I could give 1000 stars. Thank you so so much for the amazing desserts and for having them so fresh and delivered with such ease. Amazing service and amazing sweets!

THE HAPPY BAKER REVIEWS
I recently visited Happy Baker and had a wonderful experience. The bakery has a charming atmosphere and offers a wide variety of fresh products. I particularly enjoyed their ice cream, especially their baby-sized cone which was more than enough for me. In the attached photo, you can see the delightful baby-sized ice cream I had, costing $7.76 including tax. My friend ordered a coffee with a cherry tart, priced at $8.86 including tax, and it was incredibly fresh and delicious. I loved that the coffee could be customized by ourselves with sugar, milk, and cream. One of the best things about Happy Baker is that it remains open until 8 PM even on Sundays, making it a perfect spot for Sunday night fun.
Always something homemade and delicious at the Happy Baker at affordable prices. Besides being a bakery with amazing types of bread , rolls , quiche and outstanding sweets, it has great meals! This is my go to place when I want a quick lunch in Fredericton. My choice this time was the chicken noodle soup which was packed with veggies and had such a rich flavor. There are also ready made sandwiches made from a variety of breads baked on site, and lots of other goodies to go for those on the run, but several tables are available for indoor dining, plus an outdoor patio in the shade is a nice way to enjoy a meal. It is very clean and the service is fast and friendly. For ice cream lovers , there is a huge selection to choose from. Open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Every time I feel like I need a treat, I head to The Happy Baker. Their lunch soups are the best with such a great variety. I haven't tasted one I haven't loved yet. The home-made bread - YUM. And those peanut butter balls though ... what a lucky place to be living with a gem like this amongst us.

MIKE'S BAKERY REVIEWS
From start to finish, I had a great experience ordering 3 dozen cupcakes for my husband’s masters graduation surprise party. Danika was incredibly responsive via email, while the other bakeries in the area never got back to me. I sent photos of what I had in mind, and boy did they deliver, even going so far as to arrange them in the shape of “23” for the class of 2023! We got half vanilla and half carrot and they were both a hit, but my personal favorite was the vanilla. I’d highly recommend Mike & Co if you’re looking for great customer service and beautiful, delicious treats.
It's been over a decade since I've been here last. I'm from Manitoba! Their cinnamon buns are as good as I remembered. I like what they've done with the place. Peter's Meat is just next door, so if you're making burgers this is the place to go to for fresh off the rack buns or dessert for your next dinner.
I have been enjoying Mikes Bakery for years now. From Fresh breads and buns, to many different kinds of sweats, they never seem to disappoint.
