Amazing and helpful staff, awesome daily lunch specials and huge selection of grab and go foods (Assorted cheese sandwich, chef salad or BLT all grain are my fav). Everything is fresh and you can get a custom sandwich if you want. Prices are lower then you would expect and the pickled eggs are the best in town! They also sell Simply Sarah's products; soups, chillies, etc in a do-it-yourself glass jars; pickles, jams, and so on. Great place to support local business's and help the community. They also sell delli meats and sweets (pies and such) that will compliment any meal your making.

Stopped into this bakery the other day, got some of their butterhorns, pizza buns, hot cross buns and a salami sandwich. All tasted incredible. You can taste the quality in the dough! Very happy customers here.

The staff is always so kind and welcoming. Delicious sandwiches and soups, and the lunch specials are to die for!! Their beef dip is one of the best in Lethbridge, hands down.

Great little bakery! We're new to town and love to stop in with the kids for a treat now and again. Also, picked up most of our holiday cookies and treats from them this year and everyone really enjoyed them all. Thanks to everybody at Kooyman bakery ! We'll definitely be back, often.

Amazing bakery just outside lethbridge in the town of Coalhurst. Easy to find with some of the best tasting bread and pastries I've ever had. The service was quick and really friendly. I enjoyed my blueberry turnover. So flaky and sweet! My husband loves the savory meat pies. They really have something for everyone.

If you don't want to go to a city, I would say it is the BEST bakery for southern Alberta. You can taste the high quality of the ingredients that is used. Very impressed.
