Sometimes I schedule my work around lunch time just to hit this place at the right time. The veal parmesan sandwhich just hits the right spot. Multiple layers of tender meaty goodness. Today I dabbled in the dessert aisle, a lemon tart caught my eye. I was definitely not disappointed. Will return again soon for my carb fix.

We have been going to the Baker’s Table for years as I can always count on them for fresh bread, hot foods and delicious treats. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Need catering? Look no further, as Baker’s Table has a full menu of item to help with special occasions. When you stop in, make sure to try the veal sandwich - best in town.

The Baker's Table has become my go-to spot for lunch, and for good reason! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, making every meal a delight. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the impeccable service provided by the wonderful ladies behind the counter. Their warmth and enthusiasm are palpable with each visit, elevating the dining experience to a whole new level. Taunton Bakery is a gem in Oshawa! Their baked goods are always fresh, delicious, and made with high-quality ingredients. I’ve been coming here for years, and the service is consistently friendly and welcoming. Whether it's bread, pastries, or cakes, everything is crafted to perfection. Their extended hours make it so convenient to stop by anytime, and I love that they’ve expanded into supplying local grocery stores. If you’re looking for the best bakery in town, this is the place! Highly recommended!

The new sourdough is amazing, I’ve already bought 3 loafs. PLEASE try the apple licious pastry is you already haven’t. It’s very very good! Almost ate to myself!! Serves 7. Freezes very well too, but no need because you can eat the entire thing in one sitting. The gingerbread scone is perfect. Just the right amount of sweet. Extremely happy wth my recent purchases. I do wish for more options but a girl just loves cobs! Always FRESH baked goods with lovely customer service! Perfectly located (because it’s close to home lol), very clean store!

I had the luxury of going into this establishment today. And not only getting the most delicious, non-traditional scones, But I had the absolute luxury of being served by a gentleman named Mike! Not only was he knowledgable about all the questions I was asking him about buying stuff in the store, He had a fantastic personality. He was funny and cheerful! I absolutely loved dealing with Mike! He has a genuine charm that most people don’t have! What a great person! He’s the type of guy that you would hope would be your neighbour and friend! Thanks Mike & thanks Cobs FOR THE BEST SWEETS EVER!!!!

When i walked in, I was greeted by a very cheerful man (the baker?) who helped me with my purchases. He offered me samples of bagels with toppings and we discussed the delicious food available. Great little shop, very nice people, excellent baked goods. Tucked in the northeast corner of the Plaza. Lots of parking, wheelchair accessible, if you're careful. Worth the trip.
