3 Best Steakhouses in Oshawa, ON

Our first visit to Wildfire Steakhouse (Oshawa). It won't be the last! We were taken care of by Colleen. From the moment we walked in, we received professional and friendly service. We had escargot, calamari, portobello ravioli, fillet, and carrot cake. All delicious! We have no problem recommending Wildfire Steakhouse (Oshawa) to others.

Exceptional service, First time there and it was a great experience. Went out to celebrate my birthday. Cyla was amazing and took great care of us. Absolutely wonderful service. Food was delicious! Highly recommend. Will definitely return due to the great service.

This was our first visit to Wildfire, and from the time we entered the host, were very pleasant at the door, Our server JAIMY was also very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Thank you.

Classic Steakhouse charm. Special occasions for most, regular dining for some, Harpo's checks a lot of boxes. We were there for a private function, so did not eat off the menu. Prime rib was great, seasoned well and served with potatoes and roasted vegetables. The atmosphere is the takeaway here, with very good food as well. I find myself drawn more to the old-world restaurants that are of a bygone era where martinis and steaks were the norm. Harpo's fills that need. Service is as expected from a classic Steakhouse. Great and unwavering. Dining area is updated, with classic touches of chandeliers that appear, I hope, to be original to the establishment. I would go back to try the menu, and a more intimate experience. The dining room we had to ourselves was spacious and warm.

I have driven past Harpo's a hundred times, but, it never really jumped out at me from the street. It's in a rather unassuming building tucked beside a strip plaza. It's a bit of a mixed bag inside, the private room we used was unassuming, tidy, with chandeliers and a fireplace. A typical banquet room with tasteful touches. The restaurant has attractive stonework, chandeliers and a bright sunroom. The furniture reminds me of a 80's Florida retirement home. Don't get me wrong though, it's tidy, clean, and presents well. The food is quite good, it's unpretentious and straightforward. I sampled the salmon, chicken and prime rib and they were all great, juicy and tender. It's located in-between a couple of other steakhouses in the area. Harpo's holds it own against the national chain across the street, and, I preferred it to the other steakhouse just a bit north. If you're looking for a good old-school prime rib, steak, salmon or chicken dinner, give it a shot.

Came here for my wedding anniversary and had a great experience. The food and service was great. Surprised we got garlic bread although late, not sure if it's because we ordered escargots but they were tasty. Smaller wine selection than I expected. Sweet servers. Alley way to the back parking lot is a bit tight. Overall nice experience.
