PAILLARD REVIEWS
Incredible food! There is usually a long wait, and there seemed fewer people than needed for a long weekend Saturday to speed up the line, but all in all the wait was worth the quality. The croissant was delicious. Had the most amazing macarons… crispy shell and soft inside. Worth giving a try!
Best croissants in Quebec City, according to a knowledgeable local - and we agree! We have also tried their teas, sandwiches and salads, and all were great. Counter service is a little awkward, but the servers are doing the best they can. Definitely worth it!
The best bakery in town , everything is delectable! I suggest trying their pear tree ,chocolatine, ham& cheese croissants (actually everything , it's all made in pure butter that melts in your mouth with every bite you take ! ) If you love a good bakery, this one is a must !

Viennoiseries délicieuses pour le déjeuner (ou n’importe quand). Super crème glacée maison vendue sur la rue ou en plus gros formats pour la maison. Et bien sûr un grand choix de pâtisseries. - Guillaume.S

LA BOÎTE À PAIN REVIEWS
I love of French bakeries, and all French food. Well I found the most amazing croissant I’ve ever eaten in my life. The layers are plenty, the buttery, flaky, chewy texture is amazing. If ever in Quebec City, it’s a must try. She even remembered me as the American and spoke English to me right off the bat. Great customer service!
As always, croissants and other French pastries so delicious. Coffee pretty good too. Try the Sicilien, this olive bread is divine! This morning service was exceptional. Thanks again!
We tried this place a couple of times since it was right under the building we were living in. Great croissants and cakes. The staff is sweet as well. Recommended.
