Ordered cowboy steak table d’hôte. The appetizer and soup were super. Steak had good flavor. However, the doneness was not consistent. I ordered medium rare but what came out was: edge parts were well done and the inner parts were rare. Portion was big and I packed the rare leftover steaks home. The saving grace was that I microwaved the rare leftover the next morning and they tasted great.

Truly amazing experience. Expensive but you get what you pay for. Everything was incredibly good. Service was more than excellent. The place is cozy and not too loud. Would recommend it if you want to treat yourself with the best steak house experience in the city. I've been in a lot of steak houses in America, and I can confidently say this was the best meal I had so far.

Business partners took us here for lunch this week. Food was amazing. I had fillet mignon that was super tender. One of the guys I was with tried the tomahawk steak. He said it was delicious. Service was great.

Merci beaucoup Philippe! We had a great time here! Everything is superb! All staff are friendly and nice. Philippe served our table and he is the best! I have not experienced such a service with manner and class in years. I ordered a prime steak with vegetables and salad. Steak is 10 out of 10. Salad is great. To my surprise, the asparagus which I normally hate, taste great here! I will definitely come back for more.

The service was fantastic and the food was awesome Everything was cooked properly to order.

very nice place for an upscale steakhouse experience. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. service was good as well. this steakhouse was made in an old train station. very cozy and beautiful decorum. i recommand if your in quebec city.

My steak was cooked righ, but somehow it was dry. The Squid was good, and the noodle scallop was good. My table is very moving. Lol. See the video. I blame it on the management for the broken table and the front girl for sitting us there. Saw other empty tables. It was 8 pm. Servers were very nice to us non French speaking people.

Recommended for sure . Steaks and ribs were amazing specially with mashed potato. Will come back again definitely. We visited from Toronto and it was our first try here and we surprised, very good steak.

WONDERFUL dinner experience!! From the "crevettes croustillantes", to the "cotes levee " , to the "gateau au fromage au chocolat blanc et framboise"...everything was perfect!!! Our waiter was VERY attentive, polite, courteous and friendly. My picky husband liked it so much that he decided that we would go back the next night....that's says a lot ...lol.
