KAM DO BAKERY REVIEWS

Great customer service! We always buy buns from Kam Do for a long time and today there was a food quality problem in one of their buns, we went and informed them the problem. The pastry chef tasted and admitted the fault, and pulled entire tray of the buns down in front of our eyes. The store offered us some pastry as sincere apology. Definitely recommend this genuine local pastry shop in town. 5-star!

This is a favorite bakery with a lot of products. There's a breakfast station that's also offers tea and coffee (8 am -3pm). They offer traditional Chinese bakery items plus Western influenced bakery staples, milk bread and cakes. It's busy all the time so be prepared to queue at checkout. The line moves quote fast.

Best Chinese bakery around. Items are huge and tasty. They do not scrimp on ingredients. Chicken bun has huge pieces of chicken not the chicken mush other bakery use. Coconut bun has lots of coconut throughout not just sprinkle on top. Can’t wait to try others.

STEVESTON BAKERY AND CAFÉ REVIEWS

Lovely place with mom and pop store feels. Fresh bakery at great price and service. Cake and bread were good for the price. Restaurant is cozy and welcoming. Right by nice beach walkway, this place added extra fun to our little weekend trip to the Steveston park. Server was very friendly and professional too and the place sell sandwiches and soup as well. We will return to try them for sure when we return to the area.

Whenever I can I’ll drop in for a quick eat and coffee before my morning walk. Lovely people here. But the breakfast sandwich is wonderful. Vegetarian options available and the coffee is always good. Check the sandwich board out front for daily specials and come in and say hello.

A nice little Café with a lot of options. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Very quiet and clean. The wife and I had their all day breakfast and the kids had fruit Danish and Fruit Tarts. You can't argue with those results pictured. Thanks for an incredible visit. We'll be back.

LITTLE FOX BAKEHOUSE REVIEWS

If I’m in Richmond I’ll always come to little fix to get some croissants. If you buy more than 6, then no tax. The sesame croissant with the mochi in it is definitely my favorite. The almond croissant is classic and good. I ordered flat croissant which is super trendy among Asian people right now, however I don’t know it’s the way I reheat it is not right or something, it’s so hard to chew and doesn’t taste as good as the normal croissant.

I ordered the matcha cream puff for hubby and the waffle croissant for myself. Hubby says that the cream puff was light and not sweet at all, he loved it. As for the waffle croissant, first bite was crunchy, the dough was not the usual dough, I think it’s a pastry dough, I love it, it had chocolate on the side which makes it even better. The price was reasonable! Would love to try other flavour in future!

We are visiting from Manitoba and walked an hour and a half from where we are staying to get to this bakery! While sitting on a bench in the mall enjoying one of the delicious croissants we bought, the owner came and gave us some ice waters to beat the heat, it's 34 degrees out today! Awesome people and delicious baked goods!
