THAI KITCHEN REVIEWS
My partner and I dined in and ordered the combination for two (Dinner Combo). Neither of us know what “authentic” Thai food “should” taste like. Each dish was served hot and presented beautifully. We tried chicken satay, spring rolls, red curry with beef, basil leaves with chicken over steamed coconut milk rice. It’s was filling and so delicious, we had to take some home because we were too full to finish in the restaurant. The staff was friendly and made sure we always had water and tea. We enjoyed an amazing dinner and would recommend to anyone who appreciates the efforts that go into each dish.
I came in with some of my friends and liked the cozy atmosphere. We ordered the Thai Curry and some Chicken Fried Rice. Let me tell you, I am a food snob but this was the best combo ever. They use coconut milk for the curry, so being lactose intolerant that was definitely fun to find out. I would highly recommend anyone check out Thai Kitchen. The owners are really nice too.
The best Thai food that we have had in years. Really tasty food. Perfect blend of spices and flavours. Can’t wait to have it again.

BAAN LAO FINE THAI CUISINE REVIEWS
Bright environment and prestigious atmosphere. Staffs are welcomed and well knowledge about every dishes. Remarkable service even better than dining service from the hotel in downtown. Food is fantastic. Most of the ingredients are organic. Especially the rice, which grows from chef’s family homeland. Can’t believe having an authentic taste and ingredients from Thailand in Vancouver! For those whose love Thai food, it is a paradise. Such a hidden gem in Richmond!
Atmosphere spacious and relaxing. Harbour view. Romantic. Recommend trying the tea pairing with your choice of dinner menu. Fantastic teas, unlike any I have tried before. Cocktails are also exceptional (they make a feisty, well-balanced Mai Tai). Favourite dish was the "Mangrove Black Tiger Prawn Phat Thai". The lovely Chef Nutcha came to greet us after our meal which was a welcome touch. An artist's dedication to detail throughout our experience. Expensive, but would go again.
It was great experience. Service is great and food is good. I love most of them but i found Pomelo Salad is a bit salty. First time even, got opportunity to try grasshopper. We also got meet to Chef and a thank you card at end of dinner that’s very nice touch. Thank you all staff for a great dinner. my friend and i vey enjoyed.
