Bon Ton Bakery

Very grateful to have this local spot in the west end! Always fun to go in and choose a treat. Tons of variety and lots of yummy things try. They have tons of local goods (sausages, dips, jams) to try as well which I love. But my favourite thing is that they have coffee and remedy chai!!! The west end is a desert wasteland for local coffee joints so this is a welcomed reprieve for anyone surrounded by Timmy’s and Starbucks.

Have not visited Bon Ton in years but was in the neighborhood so decided to stop by. Ordered a bunch of items to sample a variety. Had the sour cherry Danish, blueberry Danish, oatmeal raisin cookies, white chocolate raspberry scones, sun-dried tomato pesto pizza swirl, barley nut fruit bar. Everything was delicious! Friendly staff and fairly quick pick a number serving system.

Squeaked in bashfully, near closing time, so shelves weren't as full but for my first visit I was certainly impressed with quality of goods and warm customer service. Thank you for everything! Highly recommended.
