“2026 Highlights: Cowboys Smokehouse is a family-run BBQ food truck located in Abbotsford, British Columbia. They are famous for cooking real Texas-style beef brisket and maple pork in heavy wood smokers right outside the truck. The food is made in small batches every day, so their huge sandwiches, ribs, and popular sides like potato salad and pit beans sell out very fast. Because they are a mobile food truck, they usually park at 2285 Clearbrook Road, but they also move to other spots around town. It is best to check their Facebook or Instagram pages before you visit to make sure they are open and still have food left for the day.”

Good service, good prices, my friend and I ordered the salmon and beef dip, both were delicious. Went on a Sunday evening, it was a little quieter as I liked. All around a good experience. 4/5 stars.

Awesome spot to dine and watch the games at. Service is nice and speedy, the food tasted great. Portion sizes were perfect. Drinks were refilled timely. Good selection of premium drinks. My spouse and I sat in side, next time we will try the patio. Parking was easy to find.

I really liked this place. Would love to come back in summer it had some great patios. Upstairs was great even though big screen wasn't that big... food was good too. Will definatley be back.

Celebrated my son’s birthday with getting take out from Embers. Both burgers were low quality meat, dry, my son said Wendy’s burgers are better than what we were given. The BBQ beans were under cooked and the sauce made it more like bean soup it was so liquidy. The fries were good, the only decent part of the meal. Will not be eating there again.

My husband and I decided to try Ember and wow! It was good! I got Pulled pork sandwich, my husband got the firehouse burger and my daughter got the kids cheese burger. Great price, and great portions! We'll definitely be going back! Oh and we ordered cornbread so delicious.

The ribs were so good, fall of the bone, like butter. The bbq sauce on top was weird but it somehow works. Everything else was just ok, overall a bit bland. They were out of cornbread when we went. The service was friendly.

From the kind lady working the til to the guys running the smoker all day, very good customer service and very. I mean very good food. If you like smoked goods I highly recommend you come check cowboys out. The guys working the smoker were so chill, a huge help, and very humorous. You don’t see that too often nowadays I’ll be back for sure.

I had the pleasure of trying the Brisket grilled cheese, the Potato salad, and the Beef bandit. Everything is absolutely amazing and I would have no doubt that everything on the menu would be on par. Pictured is the mouth watering Brisket grilled cheese.

Best smoked food, great portions and amazing service.
