The restaurant was founded in 1997 by Ken Tran and Joy Nguyen. Their decision to name the restaurant "Vi-La" originated because Ken was from Vietnam and Joy was from Laos. Since 1997, Vi-La Palace has been booming with business and loyal customers. You can start your meal with one of their appetizers, beef rice paper rolls, and soups. Their seafood bowls include shrimp, imitation crab and squid. Most of their regular customers like their mixed salad and your choice of steamed rice or vermicelli noodles.
