The room was really nice and the bathroom is shared and both were super clean. The room had a desk and a tv and the bed was very comfortable. They also provide towels in your room for the bathroom and the only thing I wish they'd included was a black washcloth so I could remove my makeup. I was staying by myself so they actually gave me a room with a bigger bed instead of the two single bed room that I'd booked, which I was super appreciative of. They also give you an outer door key so you can let yourself in and out whenever. Just a lovely experience and I felt super safe. I also liked being so close to the river and the university. Definitely going to stay there again.The staff treated us very well and we are very thankful to them.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! When there were no rooms left to re book, the young man working helped me find somewhere else withing my budget which was greatly appreciated! Rooms are very clean and the staff are constantly cleaning public spaces. Some rooms are small but for the price I cant complain! Will definitely return!

Had a great stay! We found it very clean and comfortable. The owners said it was recently renovated and it shows. Everything looks brand new. We appreciated the short walk across the bridge downtown and were happy to leave our car parked at the inn and not worry about finding parking downtown. Will definitely be back next time!

Easy to access location especially coming from east or south. Quiet neighbourhood despite being on a main thoroughfare. Comfortable bed and fantastic breakfast! Rose is very kind and thoughtful and her home is spotlessly clean. Welcomed by a pretty front garden & the back yard is almost park-like.

Great little spot not far from food + bars. The service is amazing - the lady running the household is a sweetheart and will cook you breakfast and whatever time suits you. I’ve been in different 5 hotels this past week and this is the best bed I’ve slept in. Comfortable atmosphere too.

This was a very nice place to stay. Rose is a wonderful host. Her home was very welcoming and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. We would stay again.
