3 Best Recreation Centers in Saskatoon, SK

Great recreational place to spend an hour or two at. Has great waves and has a very large pool and hot tub. Provides lockers, though you have to play .50cents to use one. Has a pretty large workout room and has swimming lessons for kids who want to learn how to swim. Has lifeguards on all sides and the receptionists are nice and funny and fun to talk too. I always enjoy spending a evening here with my family. Always lots of fun and memories. Totally worth the go and to have fun. Only slight problem is that the public swim schedule is non existant so you have to call in advance to find out if there is one.

My son just finished swim lessons here yesterday and they turned the waves on the last 5-10 mins or so of his lesson and I got jealous lol. So we had lunch and came back to go to the public swim. The wave pool is pretty fun. And it sort’ve feels like a beach with all the waves. The staff here are pretty nice and helpful. Thanks! My son is looking forward to more swim lessons.

ii have taken adult swimming lessons here from Jan to March 2023. The staff are nice, especially, Nate who was my swimming instructor. He is very patient, professional, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely let my kids to take classes here in future. I recommend this place for swimming classes.

I use the leisure pass at Lakewood civic center, and it has been a sweet experience. While I haven't used the pool, the gym or the sauna yet, I've been getting way more than my money's worth by attending the fitness classes. I attend Glenn's classes on the weekdays. He's so good at what he does, that I have now routinely decided to attend all his classes offered. The classes are done at your own pace- older and less fit people benefit greatly. I used to be a sedentary person, but using this pass has ushered in a new year of health. My mind is clearer, my mood is brighter, and my whole being is better. The weights are good, mats are clean, environment is clean too, with lots of parking spots. Thank you Lakewood for these amazing classes, And thank you Glenn for all you do.

It is just near Mckercher Dr People with Tax returns are entitled to access free of cost if they collect membership with due process. It also has access to payment. It is open for all and maintains access time.
