This is Hands down the BEST Wedding Store of Medicine Hat & Area! From the minute we stepped in the door, the experience was everything we had hoped for! Agnes is such a wonderful lady and she made the dress shopping so easy! There was no pressure, no pushy sales pitch, and provided a calm and stress free atmosphere. We visited other stores in MH and had an awful experience, we could not wait to go back the White Room and say "Yes" to the dress! The dress came in quickly and Agnes made sure that everything was in order and helped with choosing a veil to perfectly match the dress. We were so happy with this store, that we were crying with happiness. Thank you for your class , elegance, and professionalism Agnes we will definitely be back for the second daughter when that time comes.

Fantastic wedding dress shopping experience. Amazing selection of dresses. I thought I'd have to go to Calgary to view certain brands, but they were available at the White Room. Great prices too! The owner was fantastic at answering any follow up questions & she genuinely cares about her brides feeling beautiful & finding the "one".

There was a great selection of different dress styles that were simple and elegant, with lots of variation in terms of colour options, as well as material and cut. The service was lovely, and the owner was welcoming and friendly, making the shopping process all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend shopping here for those looking for beautiful dresses and a great experience.
