I've lived in Kelowna since 2018 so when I heard a gluten-free dairy-free bakery/cafe was opening up a couple years ago I was very excited. Since their opening I've had: countless donuts and coffees and they were all SO yummy! I don't have intolerance to gluten or dairy myself, but it's where I take my peeps with dietary restrictions and across the board we all find it amazing. Recently, I ordered a cake for the 1 year anniversary of my business. First off: the ordering and custom-making process was easy to do online. But even more importantly it was THE BEST gluten and dairy free cake I've ever had. I ordered the funfetti cake and it was moist and sweet but not too sweet and absolutely exquisite. You would never have guessed it was vegan friendly, which is not a sentence I like to say because vegan baking deserves its time in the spotlight, but for any non-vegan friends of yours, you don't have to worry about them being disappointed. 10/10 would definitely go back to order their cake and have more goodies there again :)

What a great spot in Rutland. Beautiful cafe/bakery. Vegan and gluten free bakery but if that puts you are missing out. A great bakery period. Awesome donuts and other baked sweets. Kootenay coffee with all the specialties that you like. Espresso, latte etc. Enjoyed the strawberry rhubarb slice. Gluten free? Yes? Did I notice? Nope. Clean, comfortable spot to grab a bite and coffee. Recommend for sure.

Absolute gem of a place. They had a whole world of options I could eat, clearly labelled with allergens. And the quality was unreal; if you miss the sweet texture of gluten you’re gonna be so happy . Thank you all so much.

I ordered a specialty cake from Cupcasions. Libbie was amazing, the cake she created surpassed all my expectations!! Everyone that viewed the cake were impressed and raved about it!! Needless to say it was the hit of my party and delicious too I might add! Thank you Libbie for your talented expertise in bringing my dream to life for me!! As a more then satisfied customer you will definitely be seeing me again!!

We had a fantastic experience with Cupcasions. Their staff gave us the best advice on what to order for our wedding, and suggested ways we could save by ordering our own cake topper and cupcake wrappers separately. Everybody loved the flavours of cupcakes and cakes, which were delivered promptly, and beautifully arranged by Cupcasions at the location of our wedding lunch reception. We would definitely order from them again! Thank you, Cupcasions for making our wedding reception extra special!

We ordered cupcakes for our wedding and everyone was raving at how good they were!! Not only were they beautiful but best tasting cupcakes I’ve ever had. We only had a few left at the end of the night and guests were bringing them home because they enjoyed them so much. I would highly recommend popping into the shop for a treat or using them for an event. They are organized and easy to communicate with, plus very reasonably priced. Thankyou again!

TWO DONKEYS BAKERY REVIEWS

It was my first time at Two Donkeys Bakery. I never write reviews, but I have to say something about it. I tried the Bauern Rye and I loved it. I am a retired German baker and therefore very critical and know what it means to make good breads. But this bread is just great. I have tried so many in Canada but none of them has met this quality. It's nice to see that there are still bakers with such talent! I will definitely come back. Please tell your baker that he is doing a great job.

So happy we have this great “Coffee Shop” in Westbank! Yum! Soups, sandwiches, deserts and probably the best coffee we’ve had in a long time. Staff are friendly, fun and so accommodating! Everything from breakfast to dinner. We’ve had soup, sandwiches/paninis and so delicious pastries. European excellence! I’m glad they have room outside for tables —they’re going to need them! Ardie.

We heard about this place in Instagram and the cinnamon buns are what got us out here! I did not expect the variety of baked goodies when we walked through the door. The young woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. She really knew the product.
