The stress of trying to buy a new electric car has been a challenge - Brad at Hyundai Maple Ridge absolutely took all of that away. It was the first time I felt heard and had someone explain options and answered my questions clearly. He knew I was the one buying the car and he addressed me and not just my husband and made sure he knew what I wanted. He kept in touch during the wait for the car and when we called he knew who we were. When I picked up the car he had it in the showroom so we would not be in the cold while we reviewed the car. It made me feel special - he took the time to show me all the ‘many’ new features in my first all electric car. He never made me feel rushed. Kevin did an excellent job in taking care of my needs, absolutely calm and always ready to help, never tired of questions.
