What can I say. Justin, John and Alair Homes built my dream home. From start to finish their level of quality and excellence, along with amazing customer service stood out me as a first time home builder. I would highly recommend them to someone looking for the best in everything I have listed. I wouldn’t say the process from start to finish was perfect, but I think that’s what makes me feel better about choosing Alair Homes because when something dint go right or according to the plan. We had the pleasure of working with Justin and John at Alair Homes for our recent project. John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and his guidance and patience made the entire process a pleasant one. Both Justin and John were easy to communicate with and all our concerns were addressed professionally and in a timely manner. Given our project was done during COVID, it was very impressive that we landed on time and on budget! I am writing this review as a Subcontractor, and our company specializes in Vinyl Decking & Railings. We have worked with Alair Homes on multiple projects, and one thing I can definitely support them on is there workmanship. Unlike other builders we have worked with in the past, Alair Homes has a sense of pride to get the job done right without taking any shortcuts which lead to the home owner having to deal with deficiencies in future. I believe when they build / renovate a home for a client, they work on it likes its there own. If you’re currently looking for a company to build your dream home, or complete renovations on your existing home - I strongly recommend giving these guys a call.

When we embarked on considering renovations we had several contractors do an on-site assessment and later an estimate. We were immediately comfortable with Chris, at Koru, as he demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the process from start to finish, giving us good understanding and feeling of confidence than we had experienced with other companies. From start to finish Chris, Allie his office manager and his crew were open, honest, transparent and respectful. Koru’s team of trades were well coordinated. We had a concern with one of the trades, which we brought to the attention Chris. Chris and that trade took our concern very seriously and addressed it to our complete satisfaction. At the end of the renovation a thorough cleaning of our space was completed allowing us to move right in. In addition to this, Chris and his team worked alongside with our interior designer Laura Grist and the final result of our renovation is amazing. Thank you “Koru Team” for our outstanding renovation, we cannot thank you all enough.

I have worked with Koru & the team on two projects. Koru's team came prepared & completed both projects in the time estimated. As an interior designer, it's imperative that the project run smoothly & the finishing details are completed correctly & to the highest standard. We hired Chris to install a door-frame to separate our tenant suite from the main basement. The job was small, but Chris's team did a fantastic job and within a day's work as promised. Will definitely be keeping Koru Construction in mind for future renovations.
