Fantastic service!!! On site, we browsed extensively and tried every single reclining sofa they had. The gentlemen were so patient and super helpful, yet they didnt hover or put on sales pressure at all. One of those gentlemen was Brian who was also one of the delivery/installation team with Winston. Completely professional and careful yet very personable. Such a friendly business. Good honest feel to the whole experience. And we love our new sofa and chair! I'm so glad we checked them out. We will definitely return!

I can't say enough about this store. The staff are awesome, and truly care about what you're looking for. We had a small issue with a lift chair we purchased, and they were there to fix it the following day, and it's all good. I love our new couches, rugs, etc. I'll be doing all of my furniture/home decor shopping here from now on. Great work guys.

A real GEM. Many items made in BC. The prices we saw in Clearance sections were so good. Brian was very warm, helpful and approachable.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Amit from Home Envy when I needed my mattress fixed under warranty, and I must say it was a stress-free experience. From start to finish, Amit ensured that everything was taken care of efficiently and professionally. Not only did he handle the repair smoothly with the manufacturer, but he also followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Home Envy and their exceptional service, thanks to Amit's dedication and expertise.

We just received our couch and 2 chairs and I can't be more pleased with how well they look. From the beginning of my experience when Amit connected me with the manufacturer so that I could go look at the furniture and make an appointment at the manufacturer for help. That was very rewarding and helpful. I am very happy that I got to buy a Canadian made product. The delivery team was great as well. My furniture even came a bit early, so all in all it was a win.

Received great personal service on ordering my matching bedframe and custom 12 drawer set. The set was completed and delivered earlier than expected. I am very happy with my purchases and the True North Cargo delivery was superb (friendly, kind, competent).

I was so impressed with the service and sales associates at 5 corners. Went there looking for couches and was not disappointed. They were extremely helpful. Even mentioning getting an apartment sofa (which I never heard of) to offer up more sofa room that we were looking for. They offer an outstanding warranty on both frame and cushions. You are also able to customize your cushions firmness. They have hundreds of pattern styles to choose from that might sound daunting but they made my decision super easy. Loved the sales associates, never felt pressured to buy. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their service.
