My Ford Edge needed a wheel alignment and new tires, I had never dealt with Capital before and had an amazing first time experience! I dealt with Brian and he went above and beyond for me! He kept me in the loop on everything and it was all done in a timely matter. He explained everything very thoroughly, gave me great recommendations for tires and had them ordered immediately! Even found that a recall needed done and had that completed for me as well! Highly recommend!!

My first experience with Capital Ford was great. My car had so many mechanical issues and all have been fixed beautifully. Mr. Darcey Prokopetz, Service Advisor has done a great job by following up, giving me an update on the status of the repair in a timely manner and reviewing with me at the end the work that has been done. I am really impressed even if he called me the next day if the car is running well and if there are any issues. Keep up the good work Capital Ford and thank you Darcey!

Staff is well educated in their products. Super friendly environment, sales guy came in on his day off to help us out as we are from out of city and it was the only time we could make it in. Financing department was amazing to deal with.
