Both on the phone and in person, the staff I spoke with were very thorough in their explanations of what was happening with my car and what they recommended doing. They answered all my questions and as a result, I felt very comfortable leaving my car repairs in their hands. AND, they completed the repairs sooner than I expected! I would DEFINITELY take my car to them for repairs again, if necessary!

The crew at Kinetic Auto were very helpful and had my car out of the shop quickly on both repairs I had recently. They did a thorough inspection and gave me an overview of what was urgent or could be deferred and the approximate costs of future repairs.
