Very pleased with the quality of carpet cleaning and affective treatment of the stains on my stairs cleaned by Sterling of Carpet Dr. The carpet looks brand new again. Sterling was great to explain the proper way to get the carpet dry quickly, explained the chance of slipping when walking from wet carpet to tile floors. I would highly recommend using this company, great to see a local company with great customer service.

Carpet Doctor has cleaned the carpets in many varying sized apartment suites for me over the last year. He has been able to remove many difficult stains from the carpets, leaving them looking like new. He has been punctual, polite, and great to work with. As well, he responds very quickly to any carpets inquiries, or questions I have had.

Carpet Doctor did an excellent job in our office building. They took their time and did it right. Our tenants were impressed with how great the carpet looked on Monday morning. Thanks Sterling.

Dave provided wonderful customer service. He was on time and ready to work. He cleaned an area rug and a bedroom carpet that has seen better days and they both look amazing Dave is my preferred go to for any carpet cleaning needs. I highly recommend him.

Really Fantastic work on my carpets. There were a lot of stains on the rec room carpet and now it looks new again. Great customer service. Returned within an hour to look after a spot that was missed. All in all, an outstanding job.

Very happy with the work and how fast they respond. I've had to use them in a few emergencies where I had water flooding everywhere and Herman showed up within 15 minutes. Highly recommend and I will use again.

The carpets cleaned were water damaged and had many dark stains. 2 Rivers had them looking new again in a very short time. Very friendly and courteous service! Thanks so much.
