To start - I was very impressed with Mainline plumbing and the plumber that was on call over this BC day long weekend. When you call their emergency line you reach a live person answering that line which is great. It shows how professional this company is rather than some persons voice mail which doesn’t guarantee you will get a call back. They were clear about the hourly rate when it is an after hours service and they connect you with the plumber on call so you can discuss with the plumber know what the problem is. For us - I was actually with my family visiting my mom in PG and the night before we were to go home we discovered a plumbing issue. The plumber on call was available and could come out that morning to see if he could fix it. Sean was the plumber and he was great - he got it fixed within a couple of hours, there was a seniors discount for my mom so it saved a few dollars too. Sean was professional, knowledgeable and very personable and nice. We were able to still head home that day still and my mom didn’t need to worry about sewer line backing up (there were roots in the sewer line). Just a fantastic response and service from Mainline. I would recommend them to any of my friends that still live in PG. And will certainly use them again for work at my mom’s house in the future. Thank you Sean and Mainline. Highly recommended ! Called on a Friday morning with a plumbing issue that would have kept us from flushing toilets and using showers and unable to use the kitchen sink in downstairs suite. They were on site 3 hours later. Being on a well system I had thoughts as to what the problems might be. To my relief it was nothing more than a cloged line which was repaired quickly and at a very reasonable cost by Ryan. God forbid that you need this service but if you do call these guys. I highly recommend this company! I called on a mid Saturday morning and within a short period of time they showed up, accessed and fixed my sewer line issue! Did an excellent job and reasonable priced! Will call again if I ever have plumbing issues again! I don't know what we would have done if we hadn't gotten their assistance as its hard to get help on weekends! After leaving, a few hours later, they also called and followed up to see how things were, this is great customer service! Thank you so much!

Robert was very professional and skilled with his services. He gave us a solution to our water issues that, when installed, fixed the problem and was resourceful with our questions about hot water for our house.
