Luke Marshall is the Head Chef of TCB Catering, who has a wonderfully delicious palate that can only be defined as comfort food with a fine dining flair. TCB Catering operate in the kitchen at the Barrie Curling Club, which just completed a beautiful renovation in the upstairs lounge, allowing seating for up to 140 guests. They are also happy to provide their catering services at other locations. They will help plan the food menu, take care of setup and clean up, and arrange decor rentals if required. TCB Catering is always happy to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions. They are pleased to offer custom-plated and buffet lunch and dinner options for 6 to 500 guests.”

We used Casal for our wedding catering in October and we’re so happy we did. The whole team was super friendly and flexible about our food choices. They made substitutions and accounted for all restrictions and allergies. The food on the day was incredible and the staff so nice and helpful. Our guests gave the food a great review.

Kaytlynn and the team at Casal were amazing to work with. Great communication, so many great and flexible options, so knowledgeable and helped make our event run so smoothly. We couldn't have done it without them. The food was so delicious and the team was so friendly and helpful. Thank you again.

Ordered a menu for a corporate lunch here, service was excellent. Even though I gave them a very short time notice, they did a nice menu for us. Food was delivered right on time, tasty and fresh. Pricing was very good as well. We’ll definitely be requesting their services in the future.

My husband and I recently hired TCB Catering for our wedding and we were so impressed! Jessica was our main contact and from the start she was just incredible to work with. The service team was so lovely and well organized. Our guests are still raving about the food - some have said it was the best lamb meal they have ever had! TCB Catering within the Barrie Curling Club, by far, has THE BEST FOOD! Everything is so tasty, hot, fresh, and of good variety. The chicken wrap is my favourite, as are the tacos, and their fish and chips. Jessica and her staff are so friendly, outgoing, and helpful. I definitely recommend you to come to visit the Curling Club to try TCB's menu, or to order take-out. You won't regret it! See you this weekend.

We had a very successful charity event for 150 people called "Tacos and Trivia" and Jessica and team did an amazing job with the food. We asked to make the event as low-waste and sustainable as possible and they were completely on-board and helpful. Will definitely use TCB for other catering services.
