MEMPHIS MIKE'S BBQ CATERING REVIEWS

I attended a wedding that was catered by Memphis Mike and the food was delicious! I had originally thought the food would take a long time with people ordering from a food truck before getting their order but Mike had the process down pat, he had pre-made plates which he handed out as guests lined up and it had a BBQ brisket bun, Mac n cheese, potato salad, beans, rib, and chicken thigh. It was very delicious and flavourful. The potato salad in particular was memorable in the best way! Aside from the good food, Mike has an incredibly fun personality! He added so much to the atmosphere of the wedding, which is not something you can say of wedding caterers very often! At one point, he got a good group of guests dancing for the chance to win a bottle of BBQ sauce! I would recommend Memphis Mike's to anyone looking for BBQ style catering. It was a wonderful experience.

Loved the BBQ meal I had at an event catered by Memphis Mike. The brisket, the ribs, the chicken were fall off the bone tender and after eating until I was full, I had to go back for more! Simply the best.

When I think about Memphis and the barbecue from Beal Street I’m at Aawh with the barbecue sauce from Memphis Mikes absolutely delicious.

Highly recommend Signature Catering! Steve delivers amazing customer service - friendly, responsive, provides great suggestions/solutions to meet your catering needs! I've used the DIY catering two times over the past couple years, most recently for an engagement party last month, and the food and service have been exceptional! Steve even let me use his heating containers to keep the food warm so I didn't have to reheat - it kept it hot for a couple of hours! The guests loved the food - especially the mashed potatoes!! Thanks again Steve.

Steve catered my wedding this summer. The food was a hit, so many people came to me telling me how much they loved it. Steve had great communication and was able to talk through all my concerns. The whole staff was easy to adapt to the outdoor wedding environment, served more food than anyone could eat and the selection was perfect.

Loved our experience with Signature Catering for our wedding! Steve was great, very friendly and responsive and the food was absolutely amazing! We had many compliments, especially on the chicken and mashed potatoes, and the dessert squares were bomb.

Good quality food for a reasonable price. Nice presentation and very helpful staff. They stand behind their products and offered another few platters when we mentioned we weren’t totally satisfied with the produce quality. Turnaround time for our orders have always been good. Our guests loved the desserts and cheese trays.

Wonderful company to work with, very accommodating for my guests who had food restrictions and allergies. Food was delicious! All the guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was.
