“7 Star Dumpling House South End is a family-run business that is well worth a visit. The interior features a hand-painted mural on the wall and a bright blue glass bar with a wide selection of unique bottles. This place offers some of the best authentic Chinese food. The service is extremely polite, and the staff are attentive. In addition to familiar favourites like Canadian chicken balls, egg rolls, and spring rolls, a few traditional dishes in Toronto rival some of their specialties. This colourful counter has an excellent team of staff. Their special family dinner for four includes four egg rolls, twelve chicken balls, General Tao chicken, chicken-fried bean sprouts, mixed vegetable curry, and chicken-fried rice. Dine-in is available at 7 Star Dumpling House South End. They are wheelchair accessible and also have another branch in Sudbury.

Very casual setting for eating in. Not too busy inside, but the phone was ringing off the hook. We got the sweet sesame balls, house dumplings with pork & chive, pan fried dumplings with pork & cabbage, and fried dumplings with chicken & fennel. Our order was received in a staggered manner, likely as each was finished cooking, but each plate was full of hot and fresh food. The black vinegar sauce was very yummy and the chili oil was fragrant, some of the best I've had.

We ordered the Pork and Chinese Cabbage dumplings, and the Mixed Seafood dumplings, both pan-fried. Food came out hot and fresh; service was fast and friendly; prices were good ($12.99 for 10), and dumplings were amazing! Would highly recommend if you're in the area.

Enormous serving of hot and sour soup was a great accompaniment to delicious homemade pork and chive dumplings. Kids very happy with broccoli and lemon chicken. The staff is very personable and sweet. It was very fun to be also served by a smiling robot. Prices are reasonable. Thanks for a great dining experience!

My bf and I always get out Chinese food from you guys now. It’s some of the best I’ve ever had! We get the Singapore noodles every time. Last night I got the general tao’s chicken ( I get this at every restaurant that has it, it’s my favourite) and I have to say this was by far the best one I’ve ever had! Always happy with the food we get from the regent street location :)

Stopped by to place a takeout order tonight. The service was fast and friendly, they even brought the food out to our car. Drove 45 minutes home and it was still hot. Best I have had in a long time.

This is a very good restaurant with great food, amazing prices and good quality . The ambience may not be appealing but who wants to pay for that! They serve you more than what you pay for! Recommend it to everyone .

WOK AND ROLL REVIEWS

This restaurant was the perfect afternoon lunch spot! My partner and I got chow mein with chicken balls, sweet and sour chicken and spring rolls and everything came out hot and fresh within less than 5 minutes of us waiting. The food tasted great and you get a large portion. The people working are extremely friendly, kind and welcoming, you can tell that they care about how the environment is kept and how much they care about the guests overall experience. Would recommend to anyone !!!.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and full of flavor, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It’s clear that they put a lot of effort into both the quality of their dishes and the overall customer experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience!.

Just tried Wok and Roll and wow the food is absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor, and the portion sizes were super generous. Honestly, it looks like this place just became my new favorite restaurant. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and great value!.
