Diagnosed my laptop and called with options to repair. They replaced the old hard drive with a new solid state one. Wow, it runs really fast and smooth as silk now. Saved me hundreds for a new laptop. Very happy, second time Tek saved me $$$.

Follow up questions were also answered promptly, with time and care. This will be my go to place for service and computers in the future. Had some trouble on my laptop mapping a drive after Thom at Experience Computers installed a new drive for me. Thom took the time in his off hours to solve this problem remotely with no additional charges! He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work. I say this as a person retired from the IT field. Thom’s pricing was also very reasonable especially given the expertise he possesses. Experience Computers is now my go to IT business!
