Excellent overall. Smooth and professional install from Mike and the other staff member. Very clean install at our house with several cameras and the DVR system which was nicely tucked away with excellent wire management. We didn’t price hunt too much on this so they could be priced high but honestly it was worth it for what we spent. Would recommend having Contact Security do a quote and job for you.

Contact Security were on time, professional and provided solutions to avoid problems for our family. The technician, Matt was great and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this Company to all my friends and neighbours.

Very helpful in updating my very old security system. Randy and Evan provided detailed and clear information and saved me a lot of money in the process. Monitored locally unlike the “other” guys. Highly recommend to everyone looking for great value and fantastic customer service in choosing a home security system.

I recently switched from ADT to CMS. Randy and Evan are super to deal with. The overall experience was easy. I had problems with the landlines and they both went above and beyond to make sure all was corrected. I might add that they stayed well after normal working hours. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CMS to others. Thank you both for providing wonderful customer service.

I've been with Canadian Monitoring Service for five years now and I'm happy with their service. Phone calls are answered promptly with friendly service. Monitoring has been trouble free and they are flexible about maintenance and upgrades. The cost is competitive.
