We choose Class A for our heat pump install. The owner Brent came to our home and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of our questions and made himself available as we inquired more. His team from the office to the installers where wonderful to work with. The installers arrived on time. Gurvinder and Black & the new guy( sorry I forgot his name). They answered all our questions. They worked well as a team. Cleaned up the work area and kept us informed. The work was neat and tidy and they spent the time to explain all the functions of the new thermostat. We highly recommend their services.

Just had our rooftop heat pump/air conditioner serviced by Class A Heating and Air Conditioning in Chilliwack, BC. Although the technician did not arrive at promised time a call from the office advised us and asked if it was okay if he came later or if we wished to reschedule. We were planning to be home all day so it was okay if he came later. The technician, Shawn was very polite, answered all my questions, thoroughly checked the unit in our condo and the unit on the roof, and recommended changing a capacitor. He had a new one with him so installed it quickly. Very satisfied with the service.

Recently had installed a heat pump and air mover system. I was impressed from the beginning of the experience (explanation and estimate) to the two who did the installation. All took the time to answer what must have been to them dumb questions. Work was completed as scheduled and the site left in pristine condition.

Sept 1st update: We moved into a new place and we seem to be jinxed when it comes to heating/AC. Apparently a lightning strike took out the control board on our furnace so there was no fan for the AC which survived the storm. We called on a Friday morning, Ryan was here by 2:30 in the afternoon and diagnosed the issue and thankfully they had a replacement board in stock. We were up and running within an hour of Ryan showing up. Their level of service is incredible and I can't say enough about how strongly I would recommend them. Our central air decided to quit at the start of the year's first heat wave. I had another company come in and diagnose it and then called around for quotes. Everything about dealing with these folks was perfect. I texted a pic of the unit and they had a quote to me in a matter of hours. Their quote was several hundred dollars lower than anyone else. Their tech was great and had us up and running in the quoted time. Highly recommend them!

Very happy with the service today. I was in a jam and Johnathan came to the rescue.. on him excellent communication and methodically diagnosed the issue. Johnathan kept open dialogue throughout and took the time to go through what he had done and gave some top tips to assist in the future. So grateful and thankful they will be back to service the boiler and furnace next week… Highly recommend Johnathan of John Mulder heating and air conditioning company . Excellent HVAC technician.

The service was quick and accurate. Honest employee named Johnathon explained what the problems were and was able to solve the issue of the banging in my duct and explained how to maintain my furnace. I recommend this company.
