Empathy, care, compassion and professionalism. Both Jose and Dr. Rosoph are those attributes. Dr. Rosoph satisfied a request by my oncologist, but also heard my story and helped me with the pain I was in. A very caring man. They expedited my biopsy and I got the pahtology reports quickly, within a week. Dr. Rosoph was also concerned and asked if I was getting the standard of care here in Northern Ontario. Thankfully, I have been. Jose was so organized, professional and just got stuff done. When my prescribed cream from a pharmacy was not ready when it should have been, she took charge and got the resutls I could not. Thank-you to you both.

Excellent care !! - great receptionist- so helpful and friendly. Dr Rosoph is a good listener, took care of my problems right away and booked me in for the next check up. Keep in mind - these are OHIP funded treatments - he's not out to make you look ten years younger. He is there is look after or prevent your skin cancer. I respect him and found him very easy to work with.

I had a growth removed with liquid nitrogen several months ago and a follow appointment today. On both occasions, I found Dr. Rosoph and his Administrative Assistant to be professional and very pleasant.

DR. ADAM HANDLER - NORTH BAY DERMATOLOGY CENTRE REVIEWS

Needed the services of a Dermatologist. Unfortunately, in North Bay this is the only location. Looking at the reviews, I was concerned that I would be met with a challenge but I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was very helpful. Even though I couldn't wait for a long scheduled appointment, she was kind enough to point me in the direction of some on-line services that would suit my urgency better. I truly believe that you will be received as well as you are perceived. Why would people be tolerant & nice when constantly berated? Considering I never actually gave them my business, they helped me anyways. That's what I call customer service. Thank you. Highly recommended.
