“Anne-France Goldwater is a Montreal constitutional and family lawyer. She graduated from McGill University and was called to the Bar in 1981. She has written articles on custody relocation cases, parental alienation, and bankruptcy and family law. She has also successfully challenged federal and provincial laws and obtained the right of same-sex couples to marry.
