I was really interested in placing Duke our Goldendoddle, in some private training classes to help promote good puppy behaviour right from the start. When a neighborhood friend highly recommended My Obedient Dog, I decided to enroll Duke in some one-on-one lessons. Sho the trainer, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable during the entire 4 weeks of lessons, and I really appreciated her patience and continuous correction at every meet. Such qualities really demonstrated her passion and dedication for her profession, as the consistency in a controlled manner provided a great foundation of learning for Duke. Duke benefited so much from the lessons, that we decided to continue his success by further enrolling him into group lessons! We cannot wait to start the next series of group sessions and really hope to build on Duke’s socialization. I strongly encourage all dog owners to invest the time and money in training programs, as like us humans, dogs also need awesome teachers/mentors like Sho, to help support them through their social and behavioural development. Duke and I give My Obedient Dog .

Sho did a great job with my dog Luna. She was quite reactive before and was hard to manage when taking her outside. Sho was able to identify things that helped with not just her reactivity but also her leash walking After a handful of lessons Luna has improved drastically. Sho has given me the tools and advice that I can use to teach my dog for a lifetime. I would definitely use Sho again for any future dog training needs.

I'm really happy I connected with Brian a few days after we adopted our dog. This was our first dog and we were feeling overwhelmed. We had a lot of general questions about owning a dog and were facing a number of challenges (such as our dog refusing to go into the crate despite being crate trained). Brian was very calm and observant, and our family felt comfortable asking him any questions. We were especially surprised when, after only a few minutes, was able to get our dog excited about going into the crate again! Definitely recommend.

We got our puppy (Cleo) mid November. We are first time dog owners and really knew nothing about dogs. Bryan delivered the puppy training sessions and we learned a lot. He was patient, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. We would review all the different training material until we were comfortable. In addition Bryan left us written material and videos to watch. We have been working on training Cleo the last few weeks using all that Bryan has taught us and are feeling quite comfortable. We will definitely contact Bryan again when we need more training as Cleo gets bigger. We would highly recommend him.

Working with Bryan was great. He's very knowledgeable and generous with his time going over anything you want to review. First course is great to get you set up and working on fundamentals.

Brandon is a great dog trainer and I would definitely recommend him. He is patient, professional, and very knowledgeable about dog behavior and training. He takes the time to understand both the dog and the owner, and explains things in a clear, practical way that makes training easier to apply at home. What I really appreciated is how available he is to answer questions and provide guidance whenever needed. Since I had a puppy, I found myself having a lot more questions, and he was always supportive and willing to help, which made the process much less overwhelming.
