Best Dry Cleaners in Stratford, ON

My fiancé dropped his suit ff to be dry cleaned at City Wide Cleaners. Being the typical man he is he didn't end up picking it up when he was told it would be ready and said I will grab it tomorrow (Saturday). He shows up to pick up his suit, of which he is to wear on Monday for our wedding. When he showed up, he just missed the 2pm window and they were closed until Tuesday. He was naturally very upset with himself and wasn't sure how we were going to get a suit in time for our ceremony on Monday. I did some investigation and long story short was able to get in contact with the owner. I explained everything that happened, and she was so kind and understanding of the situation and we were able to make a plan to go and pick up the suit on Sunday!!! Finding people like this in this crazy world is truly becoming more and more rare. I could honestly go on and on about how much this meant to me and my now husband <3 If we ever need anything dry cleaned or altered this is where my family will be going!!.

What a wonderful experience and such a fantastic staff. This local business really cares and provided me exceptional service. The owner really went out of their way to make me feel like I was the best customer. This was my first visit and I will be returning. So proud that in Woodstock we have such amazing local owners that care about everyone, I was not just a number.

Excellent customer service and quick turnaround time! We were running late to pick up a suit we needed for the next morning, and they stayed a few minutes later to make sure we had time to pick it up. So happy with the cleaning too!.
