Needed an electrical hook-up for an outdoor sauna at the cottage in the fall time. Had given Joe a heads-up back in the spring/summer time that we were looking to get his support, he took the time to check with local inspectors and did some research for us ahead of time. When we called to confirm the sauna was ready in the late fall, Joe was able to arrange a very quick turn around of material and his own time by arriving on a Saturday to accommodate the compressed schedule! Very calm, diligent, with a high degree of attention to detail, he worked to wire up the 9kW heater and outdoor receptacle. Great support, service, and workmanship… he completed the work and even brought along his trusty apprentice, Daphanie (chocolate lab), that my son thoroughly enjoyed playing with outside. Joe is easily one of the best tradespeople in the business. I had an outlet that was shorting routinely and Joe came over and not only solved that problem but also a ton of other small electrical issues a layman would have no idea existed. Throughout it all he was an extremely active communicator, showing me everything he was doing along the way. Joe has made me feel safer in my own home. On top of the professionalism Joe is an extremely personable and kind person. When he was there it felt more like having a trusted friend or family member over taking care of your problems (he brought treats over for our pup and now he’s like her favourite person!) than having a “tradesperson.” I can’t highly enough recommend his services. Joe did a great job on our new build. He was extremely professional and responsive to our needs. He worked with us and provided great suggestions on the electrical layout and needs for our new cottage.
