Le Centre de recherche d’emploi nous a trouvé du personnel de qualité. En plus des services rendus, chaque personne a pu bénéficier d’une formation rémunérée en début d’emploi, ce qui est en soi bon pour l’employé et bon pour l’employeur! Le réseautage du Centre de recherche d’emploi permet de cibler des gens qui répondent adéquatement aux demandes des employeurs. Notre collaboration avec le CREM s’est avérée une expérience très favorable et positive. Le personnel fait de l’excellent boulot et ils sont tous et toutes de commerce très agréable.

Nous avons bénéficié du service de formation rémunérée en début d’emploi pour deux nouveaux conseillers-vendeurs. J’ai grandement apprécié la qualité de la formation offerte! Le soutien et l’accompagnement offerts par le CREM ont permis d’améliorer considérablement le niveau de compétences des employés ainsi que le taux de rétention. La rétroaction que nous avons reçue de la conseillère en emploi a favorisé une communication ouverte et efficace. Je recommande cette formation en vente-conseil sans hésiter.

Notre collaboration avec le CREM nous permet de retrouver un bassin important de travailleurs désireux de participer au bon fonctionnement de notre entreprise. Les gens du CREM sont à l'écoute de nos besoins et savent cibler les bons candidats pour les besoins de notre entreprise. Déjà, j'ai partagé avec d'autres employeurs les possibilités d'utiliser les ressources du CREM afin de trouver du personnel fiable et travaillant, avec une expérience et un vécu qui ne peuvent qu'être positifs pour les entreprises.
