J'ai fait installé deux thermopompes dans un bloc à trois étages au centre-ville. Ce n'était pas un job facile mais bravo pour une service professionnelle! Les deux installateurs savaient quoi faire et ont bien expliqué tout. L'installation s'est fait dans les règles de l'art. Le conseilleur, Bobbi, s'assuré que tout était correct et son experience a été apprécié. Très satisfait! On est prêt pour les grandes chaleurs!

Ils ont été capable de réparer une thermopompe, ils ont créé une nouvelle boite de la fournaise. Une équipe de confiance merci s'était un gros travail a faire. Enfin merci et maintenant il reste a voir la facture.

Très bon service, installation de 8 thermopompes dans mes unités locatives. Ponctuel et main d'oeuvre compétente. Je recommande fortement.

J'ai fait affaire avec Lajoie CVAC et je me suis rapidement senti en confiance. On pouvais voir l'honnêteté et la transparence dans tous nous échanges. Pour eux, la satisfaction du client est plus importante que la vente, leur bon nom étant une priorité. Ils font cela depuis 3 génération (familial) et sont très professionnel. Ils sont flexibles, compréhensibles et disponible pour le client. Je suis quelqu'un qui pose beaucoup de questions et j'ai vraiment pris mon temps, et à aucun moment j'ai senti qu'ils étaient 'tannés' ou irritables. Quand on a été prêt, j'ai eu un rendez-vous pour l'installation le lendemain (et ce, l'été). Les installateurs ont étés professionnels, agréables, souriants. Ils sont super bien préparés, dont un gros atelier mobile, et on tout bien ramassé après. La job est très propre, et la machine fonctionne A1. Rien de plus à dire que merci, Lajoie CVAC.

Le meilleur des services! Notre système de géothermie ne fonctionnait plus en pleine canicule. On a appelé Lajoie CVAC, on n’aurait pas pu avoir un meilleur service! De la prise d’appel à la réparation, tout était parfait! On recommande fortement et on va nous-mêmes les appeler pour tous nos entretiens. Rapide, courtois, compréhensif, avec une grande expertise! Très bon service. J'ai fait retirer ma fournaise pour la remplacer par une thermopompe, les techniciens étaient très professionnels et sympathiques. Tout fonctionne bien et j'en suis ravie !
