I have been dealing with Jim since 2016 and I have had nothing but great experiences working with him and staff members (including Brandi, Lori, and Savannah). Jim is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, experienced, accommodating, and supportive. He is always responsive and willing to help in the most stressful situations. I recall back in 2016 when I was really worried about a mortgage specialist not getting back to me in time before closing for a BC property and Jim’s office was the most helpful in getting answers and documents completed by the mortgage specialist. Also, just recently, even though it isn’t in their normal scope of business, Jim was ever so gracious in helping me resolve an issue with our HOA. He took the time himself to reach out and help us settle on a reasonable outcome. I‘m so grateful to have been referred to Jim’s office and I go to Jim for all my real estate transactions and will. Him and his office are definitely one that you can trust and rely on. I can’t imagine working with anyone else. Thank you for everything!

While signing the sale for our last house, he went so far as to print articles about tax breaks and outline exactly how to claim our move (moving closer to my office).
