Wow a very nice location on Lake Ontario in Hamilton . The fish and chips were cooked right! The taste was very good . Excellent value ! The fries were awesome and the gravy will please the gravy lover . So very good! The ice cream was so creamy and tasty . You must get ice cream there . Again a beautiful location the beach you can take lots of pictures .

Busy clean place with friendly staff. Worth the wait!! Tip, when you see a seat available, sit in it. Seats outside are also available with speakers to hear your number for your order. Absolutely yummy smashed burgers, hand cut fresh fries and crunchy onion rings. New burger spot for me with the best view. Plus you can go for a walk, bike ride or blade before or afterwards. Fair priced as well Thanks team and will be back.

Iconic spot, i saw someone complaining about grease in another post, they clearly expected this place to be some fine dining restaurant. This is a classic 60’s style restaurant with amazing prices and tasty food. If you’re worried about the calories i would recommend a vegan bar because this place hits all the right notes, greasy and tasty just the way it’s supposed to be. Amazing prices, felt like i went back in time to early 2000’s pricing.

HAMMERHEAD'S SEAFOOD KITCHEN & MARKET REVIEWS

It was amazing. The BEST fried (battered) fish I've ever had from takeout. The fries were perfect as well, chip-truck style. The coleslaw was great and made in-house and the tartar sauce was the best l've ever had. I absolutely adore this place now that I've tried it and will be back routinely now that I know the rave reviews were all true.

Flawless, the fish was a light batter, the fries were good, and slaw was also fresh and creamy, the tarter sauce was not your typical white sauce, no sir, this sauce was a nice refreshing change, it was all gone on the three filets of fish, and the shrimp was of a good size. Definitely have to stop there again and try something different.

Finding a place that caters to dietary needs and still delivers incredible flavor is a very rare find, and Hammerhead's nailed it! When I walked in, the staff greeted me with such warmth that it felt like visiting friends. And watching them prepare the fish fresh in the kitchen was so nice to see! But the real magic happened when our boxes arrived. The haddock was unbelievably fresh, crispy, and jam-packed with flavour. It's the kind of food that makes you do a little happy dance with every bite.

What a great restaurant! The service was awesome. Dee, owner, came out and asked how everything was, the fish was cooked to perfection. Light batter, fresh taste. I got 2 large portions of haddock... And some very good onion rings. My mother tried the halibut, .. generous portion. The restaurant was very nice with lights above. If you get a chance... Make sure you try Harry's fish and chips.

First time eating here and I had the Haddock and chips. The batter is light and crispy and not greasy at all. The portion size is very good. You also get a stamp card so after 10 meals you get 1 free.

Best fish and chips. The batter was dry (not dripping in oil) and crispy- not oily at all. The onion rings were the same- crispy and delicious. I usually dislike restaurant fish and chips because it can be so greasy and the batter can be gluey. Harry's was really fantastic.
