Phenomenal little restaurant in St. Albert. Everything was absolutely delicious. We got the land and sea platter (shown in pic) and the Mac and cheese bites. Everything had the perfect ratio of dough to meat and it was very well seasoned. I love the atmosphere, reminds me of back home. The server was very friendly. I will definitely be returning.

Amazing as soon as you walk in , with Newfie music , and all the Newfie stuff . Amazing staff and even better food . It’s definitely a place to visit.

Both had cod fish and chips. The pieces of cod were large and good quality. The batter was light. Fish was cooked perfectly. No complaints about the service.

Our first time here -- my boyfriend and I got back from London a couple weeks ago and he was craving a quality fish and chips (hard to come by in St. Albert) -- and it couldn't have been better! I'm vegetarian and the "tofish" were lovely! The vibes were great, food was fresh, portions were generous, and the service was very warm and attentive. Would go back in a heartbeat. :)

I visited Joey's Fish Shack just yesterday, and everything about the experience was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was equally impressive , the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. I loved everything about the place, from the cozy vibe to the way they served each dish with care. Highly recommend and definitely coming back!

We ordered the Hooked & Loaded, and loaded it was! Huge portions, great quality, and an awesome deal. Everything was fresh, tasty, and exceeded expectations. Very impressed — Joey’s Fish Shack definitely delivered!

The reviews check out—excellent tacos! Mango shrimp and baja fish were my pick. Also got the Mexican poutine which just missed the mark. More cheese and a little more gravy and it would have been as tasty as the tacos. Server was very friendly and I really liked their music playlist.

From the moment our group of 4 adults walked into Streats on St. Albert Trail, we were greeted with warm, welcoming service that set the tone for a great experience. The team was attentive from start to finish — taking our orders promptly, serving the food quickly, and making sure everything was just right throughout our meal. A special shoutout to Nirmal for providing exceptional hospitality. His friendly and caring approach truly made our visit even more enjoyable. The food itself was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and really hit the spot. As a thoughtful touch, they even brought our group a complimentary bowl of poutine, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated surprise. All in all, we had a fantastic time. Great food, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Passed by the other day and thought it might be a good place to eat. Came in for a date night and 10000% happy we did. The service was amazing and the beef bowl and mango shrimp bowls were absolutely what my soul needed! The taste was off the charts good and the price was great too! If youre on here googling Streats, get off your phone. Get in your car and come grab some food..you will not be disappointed! Thank you Streats for the amazing meal.
