FCI was helpful right from the beginning with our renovation! They were able to work with us, stay within budget, conversation was easy and replies were efficient. Living out of town, they were able to get the ball rolling remotely. I went in quickly to confirm choices, carpet was ordered and installation was booked within days of our possession date as requested. So far - Highly recommend! Our installation is tomorrow and Im so excited to see the carpet in our space. Update - install was seamless. Our installer was friendly, professional and experienced. Beautiful job and so happy with the results.

Then when we changed our minds and stopped at the store unexpectedly she was quick to help us pick the perfect carpet to suit our needs. The installation went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with how it looks.
