Amazing experience ordering from them! I placed an order for my cousin's birthday - she lives in Canada, and I overseas. Wanted to surprise her and thought of sending her some flowers. They made the process of ordering from overseas super easy on their website. Despite my own error causing the payment to not go through the first time, it was easily rectified via email and the delivery was able to be completed on the date I requested. The flowers were beautifully arranged - simple and elegant. Just the way I expected from looking at the image on their website. All in all, my cousin was one happy girl and I was one happy customer. Will definitely order again from them in future!

I received flowers two days in a row from Karen’s Flower Shop, in sympathy for my husband’s passing. I received the orchid and succulents and I also received a cut bouquet. They’re both absolutely beautiful. They are bright, uplifting and they are so fragrant. Just brightened up my day. The delivery was smooth and they were so happy and polite. I can’t comment on the order process but their products are amazing. I will order from them in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Kim and her team were so incredible in helping plan florals for our June wedding. The bouquets and centerpieces were to die for, and the bud vases we picked out the day before were cost effective and beautiful. They had such a great variety of flowers to choose from and Kim went the extra mile to make sure the ones I loved were in stock. They were responsive and always super lovely to interact with. Thanks to them for making our day so special!!
