The team's dedication to exceptional service creates an inviting atmosphere where every visit feels delightful. Each dish is perfectly prepared, and the food truck delivers a symphony of flavours that leave a lasting impression. You can savour their chicken parm sandwich, bacon ranch supreme poutine, lobster poutine, fries, and pogo. Their cheeseburger combo consists of a 5-oz Ground chuck burger topped with medium cheddar cheese and served with a side of fries and a drink. Takeout and online orders are available.

2025 Update: Catering services and gift cards are also offered. Since 2009, these food trucks have catered hundreds of weddings and late-night poutine bars in and around the Ottawa area. They have served full meals to as many as 800 guests in a two-hour period and are always ready for a bigger challenge. The trucks can be found at many large-scale festivals in Ottawa, such as Bluesfest, CityFolk, and Poutine Fest. Customers can also book a truck for anniversaries, birthdays, or house parties, and they will bring the fries.”
