Good food! Great times! There is something for everyone here. Buffet style, so you control your budget. They've been around for a long time, so they're doing something right. Patio is now open for seating as well. Definitely add them to your restaurant list.

I used to be a chef and everything I had at The Green Door was truly exceptional. A lot of love and care was poured into every item I sampled which isn't always the case in the restaurant industry nowadays. Great execution & attention to details, wonderful flavors and perfect seasoning all around. Will definitely be back every time I'm in Ottawa.

Classic Ottawa dining experience. High quality, tasty vegetarian food served buffet style. Although a vegetarian restaurant there has been no compromise on flavour, it’s all so good. Pesto pasta and tofu lasagna are my personal favourites.

PURE KITCHEN REVIEWS

Went for a quick late lunch with my team on Wednesday, it was perfect. It was a little quiet so service was quick and the food came quickly as well. The server was super knowledgeable regarding gluten free items on the menu. We ended up all getting different bowls and loved our meals! I highly recommend the thrive salad, the beat hummus is delicious. On your way out, don’t forget to get yourself a little cookie ! My favorite is their power cookie (not pictured) But I noticed their PB one is also gluten free.

Fab veggie place on Westboro. Visiting family from England and always like to come here. I got the burrito bowl it was delicious, you can add extras as well I got the tempeh bacon. Our server was very friendly and even recommended some spots for us to go afterwards. If you like yummy healthy vegan food this is the place to go.

I could survive without meat if this restaurant was the only place i was to eat at again. I am blown away with how amazing our meals were. I had a chance to try three different sandwiches and the kale Caesar salad and the vegan poutine. I am absolutely shocked with how good this was. Leanne was amazing with her services and suggestions for our family. We will be back and I owe it to my daughter who is 10 years old who introduced us to this restaurant.

I was impressed by the high quality delicious food and love how this place stand out in taste. The Falafel is very fluffy and tasty, lentil soup delicious, the hummus and tahini are very tasty and on top they serve Koshari. The owner must have very elite taste buds. I will definitely come back to try more from the menu.

Wow!! Amazing food! I’m so happy to have discovered this gem today:) Fresh, healthy and very tasty food! Lots of Gluten-free options, and celiac safe. I got a sample of their homemade hot sauce and it was probably the best I’ve ever had! Thank you guys.

My friends and I tried it for dinner and they had a lot of options. We were not sure what exactly to order, so we got a mix of different things to share (including some of their limited edition items), and they hit the spot with every single dish. What was quite surprising is that they had Koshari, which no other place in Ottawa has! Will definitely be coming a lot more.
