Proline Electric was great. From responding to the initial message I left them on their web form, through quoting my minor job, to executing the work - all around great communication and top-notch high-quality work. Best of all, provided several extras (and no shortcuts) that I really appreciated, for the same price as the least expensive other quote I obtained. Thanks Dan and team!.

Eric did a fantastic job helping us with our electrical for our master bath reno. On time, professional, attention to detail, and delivering exactly what we requested. I appreciate the neatness during the job and after the job. Thanks for another job well done.

Very helpful and professional. Explained what the issue was and provided insight on whether I should get the rest of the plugs checked out. I appreciated receiving a photo of who was coming to my house and was ontime. They were willing to look at another issue I had as well. Would highly recommend.

Had an issue to which the two technicians arrived same day to troubleshoot. Found the problem and gave me peace of mind from a job well done. Would recommend this fine firm to anyone - Mike C. Répondre

We required an electrician for a situation that occurred following a storm. We called 3 companies including MMi and all responded accordingly, however the individual who answered at MMi (Cindy) started a positive customer service that exceeded any expectations or any past experiences. The electrician (Kendal) showed up on time, was very curious, knowledgeable and clean. He explained the issues, solutions and alternatives clearly. MMi quoted before any work was agreed and there was no pressure sales to perform any unnecessary work. What a fantastic company with exceptional performce from start to finish. I would recommend to anyone requiring electrical work. Thank you MMi team.

MMi does excellent work. Very high quality, and are able to advise on the best way to do a job to meet/exceed your electrical needs. I've used them for several jobs now, from running new circuits to lighting to network and camera installs. They also standby their warranty - One job I had a faulty breaker that only showed up as such a month later. They were there quickly, sourced the issue, and took care of it all as part of their guarantee. Great customer care, I recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.

I was a little desperate to get a somewhat unusual electrical repair done. On a Saturday. I found Dave at at MMi. Dave was able to figure out what was needed, completed the job, and at a very reasonable price.

Excellent service, quality workmanship and very pleasant experience. Thank you for completing all the tasks and offering suggestions. I am very pleased with the work completed. I will refer you for future customers as well.

Blaine and his team have pretty much worked on almost every part of our 70's home. His knowledge, innovation and skill show themselves every time. He's literally helped light up our home!.

Top notch service, competitive price, showed up in time and did a great job. I wish all of my experiences with contractors could be like this. I will definitely use Valiant again!.
