Booked this company for ant issues on my property, the employees that came were very prompt in their time keeping. Professional and knowledgeable and answered my questions about the products they were using. I would highly recommend them they are just starting out in Medicine Hat Area so give them a try.

Halt does an amazing job. Zach came out to our place and was very thorough in taking care of our concerns. He checked in at the end to tell us what he had discovered and treated. I would highly recommend Halt, great work and stellar customer service.

Great company!! They came in and did their stuff and we haven't had a problem since. No more ants in the front and we don't get a single thing on our deck in the back.

The fellows that were out answered all my questions and like last year will come back out be for next appointment if there is a problem. Great job - Rick S Répondre

Just had Levi here to do our last application and as always the work was quickly and efficiently done and Levi provided useful information to our concerns. Look forward to dealing with you next spring.- Stan M. Répondre

Matt came to help with our mice problem and he was professional and efficient. Stated the cost upfront (I had a hard time getting an answer from other places I called) and the quality of service was superior to others I have tried in the past. We were still hearing/seeing evidence of mice after about 3 weeks or so, but he came back to recheck everything and did not charge since he does offer a warranty on his services, which most places don't offer. There has been no evidence of mice since he came back. I also really appreciated that he was patient and accommodating to my son who was very curious and kept asking him questions; that shows what kind of person he is and I believe that is important when choosing which businesses to support. I would gladly recommend him to anyone who asks! If we ever have issues in the future, I know who I will call - Pete G.

We thank Mat so much for his swift diagnosis of our vole problem. In his friendly efficient manner, he treated our lawn promptly ( and even guaranteed his work ) . I would gladly employ this local business again if necessary, and in fact, we have suggested Shield to my daughter who has a skunk living in her yard. Mat is knowledgeable and courteous - Steph.

Matt very efficiently removed a big wasp nest from our basement ceiling. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and he stated the cost up front. A good job for a reasonable price. Five stars for Matt. Wayne W.

We are so grateful to Shield pest control for getting rid of the cockroaches which have plagued us for two years. We tried everything including using another company. Finally they are gone. He came back twice and took care of them. Thankyou - Pauline. Répondre

I contacted a few pest control companies with a potential infestation and Poulin's was the quickest getting back to me. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through solving the issue on my own with some products in his store which saved me a lot of money.

We've always had great service from Poulin's Lethbridge. Jeff is easy and pleasant to work with and their technicians are very knowledgeable. Thanks for all you do guys.

Very friendly and kind on the phone. He offered an alternative to having our skunk trapped and relocated, they have a spray that we will try. Was very considerate to offer a cheaper option.
