Kevin and Jordan at Icon Pest Control were awesome! Not only did they successfully remove the bird from our dryer, but they also took proactive measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Overall, my experience with Kevin and Jordan exceeded all expectations. Their professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service make them true assets to Icon Pest Control. Thank you, Kevin and Jordan, for your outstanding service.

Steve was extremely professional and kind. He was punctual and great when looking for what animal was in my garage. After finding out what it was he checked the rest of the house to make sure it didn’t get into the rest of the house. He set traps and explained exactly what’s going to happen and how he’s going to deal with it. Steve went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. I also want to note that after calling the same day we had a person here and a plan executed within a couple hours. Look no further for exceptional service.

An excellent company that is very professional and efficient. They scheduled me within less than 24 hours after promptly picking up our call for dead animal removal. We had the pleasure of working with Steve and he was amazing to work with. We highly recommend their services.

Tony was very friendly and knowledgable. We’ve tried countless pest control companies in the last several years and we were always left dissatisfied. After calling Tony for the first time, he took the time to explain the process and how the solutions really work and the best method to solve our issue. We have a large property with a heavily forested area. We are extremely happy with the results, how thorough he was in ensuring our needs were met.

Tony was extremely helpful with a rodent issue we had in our furnace room! He very quickly assessed the problem and communicated how they were getting in, as well as putting bait down and offering some good suggestions for long-term solutions. He was also super friendly and respectful of our space. Thanks Tony.

Andy was super professional and responsive. The quote was quite reasonable and he was able to come the next day to help remove two wasp nests. He explained everything in details and got the job done quickly. Will definitely recommend his service.
