We had the pleasure of working with John Joy and the team at JHA Architecture for an extensive main-level renovation project. From the very beginning, we found the team to be highly professional and pleasant to work with. They took the time to listen attentively to our ideas and needs, and in turn, they provided us with excellent design ideas that truly exceeded our expectations. The collaborative approach made the entire renovation process a seamless and enjoyable experience. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout, ensuring that our vision was translated into a stunning reality. We are absolutely thrilled with the design and functionality of our renovated space, thanks to John and Joy. Their ability to combine our ideas with their professional touch resulted in a space that truly feels like home. We wholeheartedly recommend JHA Architecture to anyone seeking top-notch architectural and design services. They not only met but exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We had a wonderful experience working with the team at JHA to renovate our multi-generational home into our very own modern dream house after our parents decided to downsize and pass on their house to us. Joy and Kathy worked tirelessly with our budget in mind to brighten our home, modernize the floor plans, and design a functional living space with plenty of storage space. They helped us select gorgeous yet cost-effective and highly durable materials, which we are confident will hold up to wear and tear from our toddler but still look good enough to be published in design magazines. At no point did we ever feel overwhelmed since everything was always clearly laid out and communicated, and they carefully walked us through all the major steps of the process. We truly feel that this renovation would not have gone as smoothly and stayed within budget in spite of skyrocketing material costs during the height of the pandemic if we didn't have JHA on our side always advocating for our best interests, and we thank them for bringing our vision to life.

We hired John and Joy to design the structure and interior of our new home. We were more than satisfied with the outcome. The team at John Henshaw Architect Inc are professional, courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable of the latest trends in home design. They were receptive to our ideas and tried their best to incorporate them into the design. They were also very careful to tailor their design suggestions to the project’s budget. Once construction commenced, they worked hand-in-hand with the builder to ensure that their design intentions were realized. I would without hesitation highly recommend the entire team at JHA Inc.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with MA Architects on a multiplex project in Coquitlam, and my experience over the past couple of years has been exceptional. Their team truly invests their heart and soul into every project, consistently going above and beyond to deliver outstanding designs. They have a deep understanding of my needs as a developer and are always willing to explore alternative solutions to improve constructability, functionality, and financial viability. Beyond the design work, they’ve also supported me with due diligence on several land acquisitions, which has been invaluable. I’ve recommended MA Architects to friends and colleagues in the past and will continue to do so without hesitation.

MA Architects is the best architectural firm that we have worked with. They have been able to consistently address our business needs with their creative and practical solutions on time and on budget. Our people love the thoughtful space design at our head office and as a result we have seen a significant improvements in their productivity. We're delighted with the outcome and would happily recommend MA Architects.

Working with this team was a pleasant experience for me. Their level of professionalism and sense of responsibilities are great. The quality work they offer will not just attract new clients but keeps their clients for long period of time for multiple projects. Good job guys.

We worked with Frits, Patrick and Allan, with support from others at FdV, and came out with the house of our dreams! We had a demanding set of wishes and they were accomplished beautifully with the hard work of FdV's team. These professionals made building a house a much more pleasant experience. Patrick was our lead architect and was always available to help when I was losing my mind over some construction issue or overwhelmed with the process. Their calm and kind delivery of amazing modern design made something that could be very stressful a lot more joyful. We discovered things after the house was built that showed their foresight and attention to detail. The views were captured in a way I couldn't have imagined. Throughout the process they supported me and delivered a house that I truly LOVE! If I ever build another house, I will definitely call them - but I can't imagine ever leaving my dream home.

As a surveyor we get to work with many architectural and design firms. Frits' team is by far the most professional we ever came across. Most impeccable drawings and sketches we've ever seen.
