Carstar is exceptional! Their skilled team(Halden Thelwell, Greg Pediny & Matt to mention a few), seamlessly restored my vehicle to its pre-accident glory. From meticulous dent repairs to flawless paint matching, every detail was handled with precision. The staff exhibited professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring a smooth process from estimate to completion. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, reflecting their dedication to quality work. Transparent communication and timely updates kept me informed throughout. Pricing was fair, considering the impeccable results. Choosing Carstar was an stress-free decision, and I highly recommend their services for top-notch automotive restoration. I learnt that I was also their first customer at this new location.

Professional, courteous and kept us in the loop on our vehicle repair and took the time to explain the estimate. Friendly service upon entering, and their mechanics are knowledgeable and highly skilled. The paint job was exact, the parts were high quality and the time frame far exceeded my expectations. I hope I don't need to go back anytime soon, but if I do, I know I'll be well taken care of.

Great work, friendly service from Karen, 7 days earlier than expected, couldn’t be happier!!!! Like new, thanks so much Carstar!.

Overall was a good experience. Really good people to deal with , special nod to Terry and Chris for honest answers when things were not perfect. Chris sorted through schedule issue and got us back on track. Terry raised the bar to get interior detailing up to a high standard at delivery. Hope I won't be back soon but if we need body work will be back.

I've used Breeny's over the past 25+ years for smaller jobs and have always been satisfied. This was the first major collision involving one of our vehicles. They went above and beyond with the repairs. My neighbour also had his truck in their shop at the same time and was very happy with his ride when it was returned.

Brought my car in on May 11. Customer service staff are highly efficient and personable. A big thank you goes out to Kyran. A professional who took the time to evaluate the windshield and give the okay. It was apparent that this individual takes pride in his work.

Great costumer service, kept in contact with me with everything that was going to happen, they did a great job can’t even tell it happened and it took them less time then they originally said so that’s awesome as well. You never want to get into a collision but if you do I definitely recommend these guys to help get you back on the road.

Great service, my rear bumper was fixed and they did a great job cleaning the car before I picked it up. The part took a long time to come in but that's to be expected these days. Will definitely use Mascarin again.

Excellent service! Professional and courteous staff. Picked up our vehicle on the day and time we were told it would be ready. The vehicle was washed and detailed. Perfection.
